Cash Flow Programs

Most payment plans involve level monthly payments. Capital Innovations professional team is well versed in offering an array of sensible, flexible payment plans to meet the cash flow needs of almost every business. Among our most popular are:

  • The 90/90 Program: Pay $90.00 up front and then earn income with the new equipment for 3 months before making the first monthly payment! The first regular payment is due on the 90th day after the lease starts.
  • Seasonal Payment Vacations: Seasonal payment plans provide a schedule where monthly payments decrease during slower seasons, typically during three consecutive slow months during the year.
  • Step-Up Payments: This plan allows your payments to increase over time. Perfect for customers who are ramping up new technology or who want time to generate revenues with the equipment before making fully amortized monthly payments.

Master Lease Program

Get approved for financing up front and draw the funds over time through a simple one page lease supplement. Each supplement draws off the existing approval. Subsequent draw-offs are subject to additional credit review and may require additional documentation.
